I WILL SAVE HARMLESS AND KEEP INDEMNIFIED JAMIE KAGIANARIS AND PERIODLOVE.COM AND THEIR RESPECTIVE TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, STAFF, AND OFFICERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL ACTION CLAIMS, COSTS, EXPENSES OR DEMANDS, IN RESPECT OF SUCH INJURY OR INJURIES, INCLUDING DEATH, HOWSOEVER CAUSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH MY USE OF PERIODLOVE.COM. 11. Use of Information. PERIODLOVE.COM reserves the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information regarding site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

15. Termination. PERIODLOVE.COM may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
16. Cancellation Policy. All payments and fees are nonrefundable. It is expected that all users will assess the appropriateness of the class by reviewing the course descriptions and schedules in advance of purchase or registration.
